The subject of the order is the supply of computer, multimedia and software equipment for the Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk in the quantities specified in Annex 2 to IDW - assortment form — quantitative

1. The object of the order is the delivery of computer equipment, multimedia and software for the Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk in the quantities specified

in Annex 2 to IDW - assortment and quantitative form.

2. The Contractor shall ensure that the delivered item of the order is factory new, complete

and efficient, has no physical defects and is ready for use as intended without making additional purchases of parts and accessories.

3. The delivered item of the order must have the necessary documents, instructions and guarantees in English. Documents, warranty card and instructions for use, the Contractor shall provide the Contractor with the subject of the contract.

4. As part of the execution of the contract, the contractor is obliged to carry out the accompanying services (e.g. transport, transport, transport, loading, unloading, etc.) necessary for the proper execution of the order.
