the purpose of this contract is to provide a responsible and solidarity-based supplementary health insurance service for all the staff of the Régie Parcs d'azur.the present public service contract is ordinary and single-awarded, awarded according to the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code.This contract is a framework agreement at unit prices. The Framework Agreement sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued. The durations or deadlines will be specified in each purchase order concerned.
Annual amounts allocated to the contract:
- minimum amount excluding VAT: 100,000.00 euro;
- maximum amount excluding VAT: 370,000.00 euro.
