Description:
Supply and installation of a transmission and scanning electron microscope equipped to carry out in-situ experiments and all its main components in the ALBA Synchrotron Light Laboratory of CELLS

The scope of this contract is the manufacture, delivery and installation at the JEMCA (ALBA) premises of the (S)TEM (Transmission and Scanning Electron Microscope) system equipped to perform in-situ/operating experiments of the JEMCA center (ALBA). It also includes training on the on-site (S)TEM equipment by an application specialist from the on-site equipment manufacturer in the use of the new equipment, as well as extra training for sample holder systems.
