Description:

Procurement of framework agreements for trade services 2023-2025 (2027) - restricted tender contest, cf. the PPR parts I and II.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for service assignments and trade services for our churches and properties. The framework agreement can be used by several sections and units in KfiO. A parallel framework agreement is planned with up to three tenderers per sub-area, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. Tenderers can have coordination and follow-up responsibilities with other sub-areas/trade groups. The lots for this procurement are: Joinery/masonry/ground work and Painting. The two framework agreements/lots here have an estimated total value of approx. NOK 9 + 3 million, for a total of NOK 12 million per year between a total of two - 2 subject areas, which is planned to be with 6 tenderers. Note that this is an estimated volume which is subject to change. The estimates are not binding for the contracting authority, and they can be increased/reduced. NOTE! Due to little interest in the lots for Electrician services, Plumbing, Flashing and guttering, and Ventilation, these 4 contests have been cancelled and will be announced in a new contest.
