The goods offered must be originally packaged new goods. The acceptance takes place in the installed, erected and cleaned condition of the objects.

All products offered are subject to liability for defects for three years from the date of acceptance. An after-sales guarantee for spare parts deliveries and small-scale material

(e.g. Plastic foot caps, etc. ) must be guaranteed for at least 5 years (calculated from the date of acceptance). The client reserves the right to carry out sampling within the award period or after the contract has been awarded. In this case, the bidder will be informed of the place and time of sampling at short notice. The contractor shall appoint a responsible project supervisor as an authorized contact person for all questions relating to the order. Its tasks include, among other things, the control of the on-site preliminary work on the construction site and the coordination and monitoring of the delivery and installation services. Inventory documentation by the contractor: Preparation of a folder with all product data sheets, cleaning and care instructions for the substances used, revision documents, instructions for use if applicable, delivery notes including contact details for complaint and spare parts requirements.
