A contract will be signed for portfolio management and electricity for Finnmark County. From 1.1.2020, the contract will include portfolio management and electricity for the new Troms and Finnmark County.

The purpose of the procurement is the procurement of portfolio management services for the delivery of electricity for Finnmark County. The service shall ensure the Contracting Authority delivery of electric power, management services, consulting and follow-up during the agreement period. From 1.1.2020 the delivery will cover the new Troms and Finnmark County.
