The scope of the tender concerns the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a development partner who, with a DevOps team to be delivered, supports GVB in the (further) development of the GVB mobile app and website, including management and maintenance. The scope of the assignment consists of the following main parts;

- New website – MVP

- Further development of mobile app and new website

- Manage and maintain mobile app and new website
