1.The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of brand new, complete original spare parts for official vehicles of the Provincial Police Headquarters
in Rzeszów according to the assortment and price list of parts, specified in the tables
from 1-228 and other assortment of spare parts, accessories, materials with discount
25% and tools and workshop equipment with a 15% discount and being in the Contractor's offer.
The original part is understood as the assortment marked catalogue "Q" in accordance with
with the Uniform Information System on Parts Quality presented by the Association of Automotive Parts Manufacturers.
