The University of Münster regularly requires architectural planning services (range of services for buildings and interiors) from external service providers that cannot be covered by its own capacities. Since the demand as well as the scope of the individual planning services fluctuates, but a timely start of the planning services for the individual projects is always required, a framework contract for a maximum of 36 months is put out to tender with this award.
