The customer expects the contractor to be proactive and deliver a professional snow removal with high and consistent quality. The client's ambition and goal is for the successful contractor to take responsibility for the snow removal of the Nordic Museum's outdoor environments. Snow removal must be carried out in such a way that the outdoor environments are always perceived as accessible. The snow removal in our unique environments greatly affects the entire experience of a stay with us. The purpose of snow removal is to contribute to a positive experience, prevent accidents and discomfort, and preserve the value of cultural-historical environments with great value. Therefore, it is important that snow removal is applied wisely. Machines should be used so that damage to buildings, fixtures and people does not occur.
The framework agreement period is valid from the moment it has been signed by both parties and for 24 months with an opportunity for the museum to extend the Framework Agreement by (1) one year at a time by a maximum of (2) two years so that the total length of the Framework Agreement is (4) four years, 2 years + 1 year + 1 year = 4 years. The extension takes place automatically unless the Framework Agreement has been terminated by the museum (3) months before the conclusion of the agreement.
The museum estimates that the estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately SEK 2 million excluding VAT, this is not a guarantee but an assessment by the museum. Bidders undertake to supply services, products and materials against the actual need that arises and at the prices specified in the procurement. The ceiling volume for this Framework Agreement is SEK 2.6 million excluding VAT.
