This consultation concerns a group of orders Mayenne Community - city of Mayenne, of which Mayenne Community is the coordinator, for technical diagnoses of the built heritage which concerns the two member entities of the group. The consultation will give rise to two markets (1 Mayenne Community and 1 city of Mayenne). The heritage of Mayenne Community and the city of Mayenne is made up of around 150 buildings, the elements of which are insufficiently known. It is therefore necessary to establish an exhaustive inventory of its surface and its characteristics to be detailed, in order to carry out an in-depth analysis of its state of obsolescence, its compliance with the applicable regulations and its possible pathologies. At the end of these studies, Mayenne Communauté and the city of Mayenne will draw up a multi-year plan for investment and operating works.
