2) Police School in Piła, Bydgoska 192, 64-920 Piła - tariff group B11 - estimated electricity consumption is 14 824 kWh.
3. Detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 4 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

4. The total estimated electricity demand is only indicative for comparison of offers and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to collect the anticipated amount of electricity. The Ordering Party shall pay for the amounts of electricity actually consumed.
5. With reference to Article 433(4) and Article 455(1)(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to perform the subject of the contract with a value of up to 50% of the gross remuneration. For non-performance of part of the contract, the Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims. The given quantities are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase goods in these quantities.
