Gubener Sozialwerke gGmbH is a municipal company of the city of Guben. It intends to build a nursing care center by rebuilding a listed building ensemble (school campus built in 1951/1952) and by adding a new building with basement.
The painting work in the new building of the nursing centre is hereby put out to tender. The new building is planned in one construction phase (3rd construction phase (BA)).
The 3rd construction phase is included in power 3B34.
