Planning, delivery and installation services for the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant ABA I, as well as expansion of the infrastructure development at the industrial site Schwarze Pumpe / extension old site IG Spreewitz.
In the anaerobic reactors, pre-acidified wastewater from the hydrolysis tank is treated anaerobically. In the ABA I are currently in the anaerobic stage 4 containers in a row. 3 of these containers are used as anaerobic reactors. The fourth container (the easternmost) is of identical design, but so far has no internals (separator, inflow, heavy sludge, etc.). In the course of this call for tenders (lot 5), this vessel is to be converted into a fourth, fully functional anaerobic reactor ("anaerobic reactor 4 expansion"). These include construction, design, delivery and installation of the required system components. It is necessary to make a static proof of the container and, if necessary, make adjustments to the container to achieve the static requirements and allow for it. Commissioning of the dismantled anaerobic reactor 4 must be supported and included by the contractor. After commissioning, the proof of performance and the acceptance by the client are carried out.
Furthermore, the entire hydraulics of the anaerobic stage should be demonstrated ("Anaerobic Stage Engineering Package"). Task is the design of the complete system anaerobic stage including complete hydraulics on the basis of a factory planning by the planner M Consult. The Contractor shall check the hydraulic design of the complete system from inlet anaerobic stage via conditioning - pellet capture - anaerobic reactors 1-4 including recirculation up to the effluent to the activated sludge tanks. If deviations occur, these are to be evaluated, an alternative concept must be proposed and the additional expenses must be calculated.
