Fredrikstad and Hvaler municipalities shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of medicines and specific pharmacy products, dose packed medicines/multidose as well as pharmaceutical inspection/advice.

Medicines for persons living at home are covered by the users and are not a part of this contract. The costs involved in packing multidoses for persons living at home will be paid by the contracting authority.

The contract will not include medical consumables, as the municipalities have a separate framework agreement for this.
