The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 7 fire trucks for the organizational units of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the proceedings in part No. 1 is the delivery of 1 piece of heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for KW PSP intended for the organizational unit of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Terms of Contract, i.e. in Annex 1a entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing the minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying the detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:

(a) correspond to all the characteristics set out in the specification of the terms of the contract and comply with the applicable standards;

(b) be factory new, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work;

(c) have a set of technical and operational documentation and enabling its registration.

The subject of the proceedings in part No. 2 is the delivery of 1 piece of heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for KW PSP intended for the organizational unit of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
