The Client, Tower Hamlets Community Housing, wishes to enter into Contract with a Service Provider to clean offices and community centres to frequencies and locations as scheduled in the tender documents for a period of five (5) years.

1.2 The successful bidder will be required to run an office locally or reasonably central to the locations

covered in the Contract.

1.3 Provide dedicated staff to deal with the day to day operations of the contract and employ

predominantly local, directly employed labour to undertake the work at the various locations within

London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

1.4 The working times are generally before office hours i.e. 9 am. The offices and community centres

have evening meetings and functions/classes and therefore it is not practical to undertake cleaning

services during this time.

1.5 The Tender evaluation will comprise a number of stages:

1. Evaluation of the financial aspect of the Bidders submission.

2. An assessment of quality and performance based on the submitted Method Statement, Management and Customer Care.

3. Possible interview assessment.
