The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the procurement of interpretation services. The interpretation service shall include telephone interpretation, on-site interpretation, monitor interpretation and the translation of documents.

The interpretation and translation shall be to/from Norwegian and a foreign language.

The contracting authority's need for interpretation services mainly covers the following areas:

— Education and development: Child welfare authorities, primary and secondary schools, adult education, 6th form colleges, PPT, the follow-up service, nurseries, health stations, school health service and the dental health service.

— Health and welfare: Housing refugees, doctor, health and care services (including assignments at GPs paid by the contracting authority) as well as various assignments at NAV Fredrikstad.

An example of the need for translation services can be the translation of school papers before they are sent for certification and confirmation of working conditions.

The framework agreement shall at all times cover the current need for interpretation services at the contracting authority.
