The purpose of the contract is to contract insurance for the fleet of vehicles of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (MITMA), the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) and the Autonomous Organisms Center for Studies and Experimentation of Public Works (CEDEX). The purpose of this contract is to ensure the economic consequences arising from the liability that may correspond directly, jointly or indirectly to the insured in the exercise of their activity and functions, for bodily damage, material and consecutive economic damages, caused to third parties by action or omission. With regard to the vehicles of the Ministry itself, these belong to the different management centers, thus being holders of vehicles the following General Directorates:- D. G. of Organization and Inspection.- D. G. of Roads.- D. G. of the Merchant Marine.- D. G. of the National Geographic Institute.
