Assens Forsyning A / S offers construction and civil engineering work on the construction of administrative and workshop buildings in connection with the establishment of Assens New Wastewater Treatment Plant. The assignment is offered in total contract competition in accordance with the rules on tenders with negotiation with prior pre-qualification. The wastewater treatment plant and associated landscape are offered in a separate total contract.

Assens Forsyning A / S wants to establish a new administration building and workshop building in Assens. The project is offered after pre-qualification in a general contract as a tender with negotiation. The contracting entity expects one round of negotiations to be completed. (see further in the tender terms and conditions)

There is a total budget for the total contract for administration building and workshop building of DKK 50,000,000 excl. VAT.

Construction of Wastewater treatment plants and the surrounding landscape of the site is offered in a separate contract. It is not expected that the administration building and the workshop building can be erected without the simultaneous construction of the treatment plant and vice versa. Therefore, due to the interdependence of the contractors, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel both contracts if a contract cannot be signed on either contract, for example due to budgetary conditions. The contracting authority also reserves the right to postpone the contracting of the total contract in relation to the main tendering schedule by up to 6 months. In that case, the main schedule's activities, milestones, etc. be parallel shifted accordingly. In the event of a schedule shift, the contracting entity will give the winning bidder a notice of 2 months in advance of the time of contracting, so that the bidder can use this period until signature for mobilization.
