The services to be commissioned are special services according to HOAI.

The first main structural inspections (H1 tests) in accordance with DIN 1076 must be carried out on the construction site.

The service description is based on the specifications of the VFIB and on DEGES experience.

The services are to be remunerated at a flat rate according to expenditure or on proof.

The services are to be provided between December 2023 and December 2026, depending on the progress of construction.
