Planning and construction supervision services for the renovation and expansion of the Alsfeld-Berfa day care center

The city of Alsfeld intends to modernize and expand its 4-group daycare center “Bechtelsberger Strolche” in the Berfa district, Zum Sportplatz 6, and to create 2 new groups.

A 6-group, contemporary and sustainable day-care center with appropriate outdoor facilities is to be created on the existing property using the existing building fabric. The ground-level, single-storey building with a gable roof has no basement and was energetically renovated in 2012 and 2013. The technical systems were not renewed. The outdoor area belonging to the daycare center is well guarded and separates the daycare center from the adjacent sports field. The measure is expected to be funded according to the KiFöG. A competent planning team is now being sought for the planning and structural implementation, which should begin its services in mid-2021.
