As part of the order should be designed and built: addition of the road of the right expressway on the section in km approx. 448+730÷460+341 excluding the section in km approx. 450+122÷451+369; addition of the left expressway on the section in km approx. 461+084÷464+558; road engineering structures; reconstruction existing roads in the field of collision with route S19; additional carriageways serving the adjacent area; additional collecting and distributing carriageway in km approx. 459+030 (10+300) on the right side to OOUR Stobierna, length approx. 340 m; extension of the existing ILO Nienaadówka in km 454+530 (5+800) p. right and ILO Stobierna at km 459+330 (10+600) p. left; paving of the area for maintenance; infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists; environmental protection equipment including animal crossings; acoustic and anti-snow screens; infrastructure for the needs of objects located along the road express including: power supply and lighting networks, stormwater sewerage including cleaning equipment, water and sewage pumping stations, technological and other channels; reconstruction of colliding equipment and networks of existing underground and aboveground infrastructure; road marking and road safety equipment; traffic management system; technological channels; greenery plantings; other preparatory, auxiliary and cleanup works.
