CPCU wishes to set up a multi-awarding framework agreement (from 01/04/2023 to 31/12/2024 renewable one year) for project management services (MOE) of works on the one hand for the development of connections and on the other hand for the reliability and maintenance of existing installations.

The tasks entrusted under this framework agreement will be:

- AVP studies

o preliminary draft summary (APS+),

o Detailed Design Studies (DPA),

- PRO studies

- The missions File of Consultation of Companies (DCE) and Assistance for the award of Works Contracts (ACT) if necessary,

- The Visa mission (VISA),

- The Directorate of the Execution of Works (DET),

- Scheduling, Steering and Coordination of Works (OPC),

- Assistance to the contracting authority for acceptance operations (AOR)
