The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the performance of the function of the Contract Engineer for the task entitled: "Reconstruction of Aleja Wojska Polskiego - DK 1 in Częstochowa". The current designation of the road number is DK 91.

The Contracting Authority informs that on 1 April 2022 it withdrew from the contract for the execution of construction works as part of the above-mentioned task. The contracting authority is currently conducting a tender for the selection of a new contractor for construction works (in the build formula), whose task will be to complete the construction works. The Contractor shall be responsible, inter alia, for:

1. Management of a construction contract (hereinafter: the Contract) on behalf of the Ordering Party throughout the entire period of its implementation.

2. Performing the function of the Contract Engineer in accordance with the role assigned to the Contract Engineer in the Contract, as well as performing the function of the investor's supervision inspector in accordance with the provisions of Polish law and the provisions of the relevant permits for construction, performing the function of the coordinator of the investor's supervision team within the meaning of Article 27 of the Construction Law act over works in the scope of:

- Engineering facilities;

- Construction of road surfaces, bicycle and pedestrian routes;

- Construction of road drainage;

- Construction of road lighting;

- Construction of sound-absorbing and sound-protective screens;

- Demolition works;

- Reconstruction of conflicting underground and above-ground infrastructure equipment;

- Green development;

- Other works related to the implementation of the Contract.

3. Acting as a verifier of replacement design documentation developed by the contractor for the scope of:

- sound-absorbing screens in the area of Aleja Wojska Polskiego 122 A, B, C, D;

- sound-absorbing screens on the section from Olsztyńska Street to Wesoła Street,

- collisions with the sanitary channel DN 1000 mm in the area of the junction at Legionów Street (WD1),

- elimination of collision with the DN 1000 water supply in the area of the footbridge at Okrzei Street (K5) and collision with the DN 250 waterworks in the area of the footbridge at Stroma Street (K3),

- illumination of footbridges and a semi-tunnel screen on the flyover over peace avenue (WD4),

- all collisions found during implementation and not disclosed in the project documentation;

4. Cooperation with the Contracting Authority in the field of settlement and monitoring of the project towards the Managing Authority of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for the years 2014-2020 (POIiŚ 2014 - 2020).
