The procurement includes a comprehensive commitment of services for handling and digitizing documents.

The value of the procurement is estimated at SEK 6,500,000 excluding VAT. As this applies to the procurement of services that have hitherto been handled as internal operations, the appreciation of value is an uncertain factor.

Löf intends to enter into an agreement with one (1) supplier. The agreement is valid for three (3) years from the time of signing the agreement with the possibility of extension for 1 + 1 + 1 year. If Löf does not terminate the agreement until the end of the contract period, it is automatically extended for one (1) year at a time.

When the agreement has been valid for six (6) years, it expires without prior notice.
