The contracting authority is planning to procure two projectors. We want a modular system where light sources and control units can be rack-mounted in the technical room due to noise levels. We would like a complete fully functioning solution that will include two projectors with projection in 4K, Aspect ratio: 16:9 4K-UHD, Resolution: 3860x2160p50 and 3860x2160p60, RGB LASER
The projectors must have the following specifications/characteristics:
- 2 projectors with 4K (3840x2160) projection (Minimum 26000 ISO LUMEN)
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 4K-UHD
- Resolution: 3840x2160p50 and 3840x2160p60
- RGB LASER
- Modular (important with separation between light source and head so that the light source can be placed in the technical room to reduce noise in the room).
- It must be possible to divide the light source into a minimum of 3 units of 10000 ISO LUMEN each, to ensure redundancy.
- Each light source is not to exceed 3U in height due to space in the technical room.
- 2 lenses that cover the entire width of the stage.
- Video input minimum 1 Displayport, 1 HDbaseT, and 1 HDMI2.0a. (Preferred for 12G-SDI)
- Noise level from head 42dba or better.
- Adjustable colour temperature: 3300-10000k
- Minimum 2000:1 contrast.
- Weight of projector head: 35kg or lighter due to suspension under the balcony in the hall.
- The maximum size of the head in the room can be (HxWxL) 45x45x50cm due to the line of sight in the room.
- Heads, controllers and light sources must be delivered fully assembled in a rack, labelled and tested.
Requirements for the system are listed under Requirements under the Evaluation tab. All requirements must be fulfilled for the offer to be approved and evaluated. A complete system with all specifications must be included in the tender sum.
The equipment must be of high quality and have stability and image quality at the broadcast level, and it must be user-friendly and have a long service life.
The system must be delivered, installed, tested and ready for use by 2 October 2023 at the latest.
One day of general user training at the contracting authority's premises on the daily use and operation of the system for the contracting authority's users must be included in the tender price.
Furthermore, the contracting authority would like to enter into a service agreement, and the warranty period for the system must be stated. This must be included in the tender price.
It is preferable that the offered projectors have SDI input. If the projectors do not currently have it, any solution for this must be proposed and the price must be stated. The tender sum is not to include the price for this (option).
We do not accept partial offers, but are happy to receive parallel offers (different offers from the same tenderer). In order to fulfil the requirements for competition and verifiability, protocol and evaluation in the portal, please contact support@mercell.com for assistance on how to submit multiple tenders.
The tender with the best price/quality ratio will be the winner of the contest.
The prices must include all costs connected with the delivery, such as administration and invoicing costs, packaging, customs, taxes, and duties (not VAT). The products must be delivered free of charge and installed at the contracting authority.
Due to holidays, we will not answer questions in weeks 27 and 29-30.
