The offer includes the execution of earth and smithy works (main contract) for Waste Heat Aarhus (hereafter referred to as AVA) in connection with renovation tasks, main line extensions and dimensions of district heating lines in Aarhus city and upland (Aarhus Municipality).

The offering also includes the establishment of new connectors in connection with renovation projects, main line extensions of distribution lines in connection with building upgrades. in connection with wiring caused by changes in infrastructure.

The offer does not include other new plants and new connectors. Similarly, the supply does not include works relating to construction works (pumping and exchange stations, etc.). However, with regard to the demolition of construction works, reference is made to section 1.5 of the Tender Conditions. "Provider's reservation".

Waste Heating Aarhus also reserves the right to offer individual tasks outside the offered framework agreement for soil and forge work - eg. where the assignment is part of a task / project with other actors and where Waste Management Aarhus considers that the task can be solved appropriately in another way or where Waste Management Aarhus wishes to have a new technique or method tested. Ift. For projects with an estimated value of less than DKK 3,000,000 (excluding VAT), Contractor 1 (the “Home Contractor”), cf. section 1.4.1. below, as far as possible be invited to participate in any event. competitive outsourcing outside the offered framework agreement for soil and forge work.

Ift. in the offered area, Waste Heating Aarhus will enter into a framework agreement with 4 contractors. Tasks covered by the tender area will be awarded directly or partly through mini-tenders (the assignment of specific tasks is described in more detail in the tender material).
