The total of 12 lots are tendered in 12 separate procurement procedures (VV) for system technical reasons.
The contract award for each lot will be granted to the most economically advantageous offer. This will be determined in the first step for each lot according to the criteria specified in the procurement documents.
It is possible to bid on all lots; however, bidders may receive the contract award only for one lot in Service Area 3 or two lots in Service Areas 1, 2, and 4 respectively (contract award limitation according to § 30 Para. 1 Sentence 2 VgV).
