Through this Public European Tender 'Cloud telephony', Stichting Koninklijke Kentalis, Stichting Kentalis Onderwijs, Stichting Kentalis Zorg (hereinafter also referred to as: Contracting Authority, Client and/or Kentalis) wants to conclude an agreement with a supplier (hereinafter also referred to as The Tenderer and/or Contractor).

With the tender for Cloud telephony, Kentalis wants to connect to the future and make use of current technological solutions based on market standards.

The purpose of this tender is to reach an agreement with one Contractor for the provision of Cloud telephony services in accordance with the requirements set by Kentalis and market-based rates, both during the term of the agreement.

The intended effective date of the agreements is 1 July 2023 with a term of 4 years and renewal options of 2x 2 years.
