Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) seeks to

commission a borough wide HOS-AR/COPD service to

contribute to its overall aims to improve respiratory

outcomes for its patients. Specifically, Trafford CCG seeks

to reduce premature deaths from COPD and other

respiratory diseases and decrease unnecessary

emergency demand on secondary care by improved

diagnosis, treatment and management, which is

accessible and meets the expectations of both patients

and the public in Trafford in respect of their experience of

the service.
