The three new buildings are built in solid construction as non-basement two-storey buildings with a relay level and flat roof. There is a technical room on the ground floor and an elevator is built on the stairwell. The work on installing the plastic windows for the three buildings is the subject of the services to be carried out in this business.

The construction works advertised are the work on installing the plastic windows and the associated ancillary work for the three residential buildings. According to the current schedule, the advertised work is expected to be carried out between the three houses at the following times:

House A: 07.02.2022 - 27.05.2022,

House B: 07.06.2022 - 07.10.2022 and

House C: 07.11.2022 - 17.03.2023,
