Homes in Sedgemoor require the provision of the abatement encapsulation and/or safe removal and disposal/transportation/consignment of all asbestos and/or asbestos containing materials to social housing individual dwellings, blocks of flats, schemes, garage sites, commercial properties, offices and any other properties managed by Homes in Sedgemoor (HIS) as specified in the contract document, to be undertaken by a competent person, employed by a competent organisation.
