This is currently being carried out by a FOPH project for the ITSM transformation, in which the current configuration status of PROLIN is also to be adjusted. These change requirements are made at regular intervals. The content and feasibility of the necessary or desired changes are coordinated with the future service provider and must be implemented on the basis of appropriate individual orders.
To adjust the current configuration status of PROLIN, the FOPH requires adaptation and development services on the one hand (lot 1) as well as the delivery of further licenses (lot 2). The services to be taken over by the contractor result from the specifications of services that are attached to the procurement documents.
Adaptation and further developmentThe object of the service is the “adaptation and further development” of PROLIN's configuration status currently existing in the FOPH.
The FOPH needs adaptation and further development services to adjust the current configuration status of PROLIN.
The work packages 1-3 described here for lot 1 are to be implemented immediately after the award has been awarded. Appropriate schedules are fixed as part of a kick-off interview.
Short description:
Work package 1: Creation, implementation and further development of a GDPR-compliant process for archiving and deleting data in accordance with data protection regulations.
Work package 2: Configure the prolin module self-service. An (online) form is to be made available to all users and users in the FOPH to simplify and accelerate the processing of fault messages, manage their own requirements and thus contribute to an increase in efficiency.
Work package 3: Implementing change management and connecting PROLIN to MS Exchange.
In addition to the work packages, the contractor must also make the following changes, for example:
- implementation or deletion of a configuration component attribute
- implementation of a configuration component type
- Customization of an existing proline form (ticket template)
- Implementation of automated workflows
- Implement result-driven tasks (interdependent tickets or tasks)
- Implementation of a new authorization role
- Establishment and adaptation of knowledge management (based on the application “PROLIN”)
- Enable interface management (graphene function & federalization of CMDBs)
- Transition from on-premises agents to web-based application
- Set up and implement single sign-on
License provisioning and extensionThe contractor is obliged to give the FOPH the long-term use of the PROLIN software. In addition to continuing the aforementioned license portfolio, this includes the provision of additional licenses on demand.
In addition to the licenses already in stock, the contractor provides the FOPH up to 220 additional licenses of the “concurrent user” license type and up to 30 additional licenses of the “named user” license type based on a framework agreement in accordance with the type B release agreement.
