Preparation of documentation for the task entitled: "Extension of the provincial road No. 842 Rudnik Szlachecki – Wysokie – Krasnystaw on the section from km approx. 0+015 to km approx. 30+150"

1. The basic purpose of the order is:

a) Development of multi-branch comprehensive design documentation at the stage of Construction and Executive Projects together with geodetic and legal documentation, decisions and all arrangements and opinions, for the project entitled Extension of the provincial road No. 842 Rudnik Szlachecki – Wysokie – Krasnystaw on the section from km approx. 0+015 to km approx. 30+150 along with the construction and expansion of engineering facilities and securing or expanding foreign devices interfering with the expanded road and facilities engineering, enabling the submission of an application and obtaining a decision to obtain a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID decision) under the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1363, as amended) together with obtaining the required opinions for the application and preparation of the application and materials for the application for obtaining this decision.

(b) Development of materials and obtaining the attachments necessary to obtain a decision on the environmental conditions with its obtaining by the Contractor.

(c) The development of materials and obtaining the annexes necessary to obtain the relevant water-legal approval/water-legal authorisation, together with its obtaining by the Contractor.

(d) Development of the materials necessary for the announcement of a tender for the performance of the construction works required by the Public Procurement Law and subsequent implementation of the task.

2. The contracting authority in opz specified that the subject of the contract, i.e. the project, is to include the m.in. "Removal of architectural barriers within the expanded engineering facility and road section to ensure accessibility for all users, in particular for people with disabilities"
