The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste envisaged for collection and development — without contractual consequences up to 7,000 Mg, in the event that it does not have all the waste as defined in the basic order (option law). The subject of the contract is the collection and management services in recovery processes from R1 to R12 of waste code 191212 derived from the processing of mixed and selectively supplied municipal waste as a so-called oversieve fraction > 80 mm, with a combustion heat value exceeding 6 MJ/kg dry masses. The waste batches received may vary in value and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims with respect to the Contracting Authority. The waste will be loaded in bulk on the Contractor's means of transport.
