This assignment is issued by the VZW ALGEMEEN ZIEKENHUIS KLINA, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0434.302.850, with registered office at 2930 Brasschaat, Augustijnslei 100, hereinafter also referred to as the "AZ Klina" or the "Procurer". The person to whom the public contract will be awarded is referred to as "Retained Tenderer".

In AZ Klina, some significant infrastructural changes are planned in the coming years. In order to shape these plans into a larger whole, a Master Plan is drawn up. This Master plan must be linked to the care strategic plan, which will be drawn up by AZ Klina, and will also be further shaped on the basis of the advice of the Construction Steering Group.
