In this context, the Parking Agency must communicate clearly about parking and parking policy in the Brussels-Capital Region. To this end, the agency mobilizes different channels, including different websites. These websites currently provide a wide range of information, without a coherent structure or visual identity, and therefore need to be replaced. The aim is to build a web platform with harmonised and functional information presented in a user-friendly way for parking.brussels partners and the general public.

This contract consists of building a web platform as described in these special specifications. After construction, the bidder will also be responsible for hosting and maintaining the platform.

In addition, this contract will allow the Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region to conclude a framework contract to continue the development of the platform over the next four years.
