The purpose of this procedure is to enable the DSNA to process applications for agreements submitted by drone operators to carry out activities within the airspace of the aerodromes it manages. The chosen solution will include a number of services including the provision of a digital tool to DSNA agents that will ensure coordination between operators and air traffic services. The solution will have to meet French and European regulatory requirements and comply with their evolution throughout the duration of the contract.

It will have to be "Open" and provide for data exchanges with other systems such as those for the fight against drones and future space players
