The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of new computer equipment – laptops in the amount of 600 pcs. - as part of the Digital Municipality Grant Competition - Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development - "PPGR Grants", Axis V. Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats - REACTEU, Measure 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats, Operational Program Digital Poland for 2014 – 2020. As part of the implementation of the above-mentioned program, computer equipment will be transferred to children and young people who, on the day of submitting the application, were students of primary and secondary schools, hereinafter referred to as Ultimate Beneficiaries for use during remote or stationary learning.

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of new computer equipment – laptops in the amount of 600 pcs. - as part of the Digital Municipality Grant Competition - Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development - "PPGR Grants", Axis V. Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats - REACTEU, Measure 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats, Operational Program Digital Poland for 2014 – 2020. As part of the implementation of the above-mentioned program, computer equipment will be transferred to children and young people who, on the day of submitting the application, were students of primary and secondary schools, hereinafter referred to as Ultimate Beneficiaries for use during remote or stationary learning.
2. Other general requirements for the supply of equipment:
1) The equipment supplied must be free from legal and physical defects and not bearing signs of use.
2) The supplied equipment must be brand new (i.e. manufactured not earlier than 9 months before their delivery), it must come from the manufacturer's official sales channel to the Polish market, come from serial production taking into account the configuration options provided by the manufacturer for the offered equipment model.
3) The supplied operating system and any other software must be new (not previously activated on another device), pre-installed on the supplied notebook by the hardware manufacturer.
4) Prototype products are unacceptable, long-term storage devices and devices from the manufacturer's sale programs or refurbushed type are not allowed. Devices must not be on the manufacturer's "end-of-sale" and "end-of-support" lists.
5) The required number and placement (outside the enclosure) of any ports cannot be achieved as a result of the use of converters, adapters, etc. (it is unacceptable to use any external adapters or converters).
6) The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the contract will be transferred to the Final Beneficiaries based on the donation agreement. The Final Beneficiaries will be students aged from "kindergarten" to the last year of secondary school (including: primary school, general secondary school, technical secondary school, basic vocational school). The Contractor is obliged to provide such software licenses that will enable legal use of the software by end users in accordance with the rules of licensing of the manufacturer of the offered software.
7) The Contractor will ensure delivery to the indicated location at the Ordering Party's headquarters to the indicated room (it may be on the second floor of a building in which there is no elevator).
3. Principle of equivalence of solutions:
1) The Ordering Party shall consider as equivalent to the specified solution a solution with the same purpose, technical, quality and functional characteristics corresponding to the technical, quality and functional characteristics indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, or better, marked with another trademark, patent or origin.
2) An equivalent solution must allow the achievement of the objective assumed by the Ordering Party through performance and functional parameters affecting the effectiveness of operation, the same or better than the indicated minimum requirements.
3) The use of the names of solutions, materials and devices in the description of the subject of the contract serves to establish a minimum standard of performance and to determine the characteristics and technical requirements assumed in the technical documentation for the designed solutions.
4) The Contractor is obliged to demonstrate that the offered equivalent solutions will meet the assumed minimum requirements.
(5) The absence of the term "minimum" means a minimum requirement. The contractor can offer a solution with better parameters.
(6) In order to preserve the principles of technological neutrality and competitiveness, solutions equivalent to those specified shall be permitted, such a solution being considered equivalent
