On the northern outskirts of Dresden Neustadt, a courthouse is to be erected between Fabricestraße and Hammerweg following the existing JVA Hammerweg as a process building for the State Security Senate of the Dresden Higher Regional Court.
The courthouse to be planned is based on a feasibility study of the basement, ground floor and first floor. At the heart of the building are the Large and Small Negotiation Rooms, which are located on the ground floor. All other areas of use are arranged around these halls.
For the project was a NUF 1-7 of 2 997 m
The estimated total costs (KG 200-600 DIN276) amount to approx. EUR 24.0m / gross, of which the KG300 accounts for approx. EUR 11.5m / gross and the KG400 approx. EUR 9.7m / gross.
Subject of the contract are project planning services - buildings according to HOAI, service phases 2-8 (stepwise commissioning).
