If the descriptions contain the names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should be treated only as an aid in describing the subject of the contract. In any case, products equivalent in terms of design, parameters and intended use are allowed. 6. If the descriptions include standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, this should be treated only as an aid in describing the subject of the contract. In any case, equivalent solutions are acceptable. 7. Deliveries, assembly and on-the-job instruction will be carried out on the basis of a schedule accepted by the Ordering Party, which will take into account the dates, hours, type of work carried out and factors negatively affecting the operation of the facility. The contracting authority may refuse permission to carry out works in particular in the case of unagreed and unplanned works on the facility, non-compliance with the principles of good cooperation and other factors indicating that the nuisance associated with the performance of works can be avoided with better organization of work.
