The new multidisciplinary campus is to house 900 students across degree programs totaling approximately 9,000 sq m spread across five (5) floors.

The offering of furniture takes its basis in a one-off purchase of furniture to furnish the new Kolding campus in connection with its entry into service. See in Annex C — List of offer for inventory of furniture types and quantity for the supply.

As part of the bid, the tenderer shall draw up proposals for the furnishing of study sites in the area of the new Kolding campus referred to in Annex 3 — the Design Manual as 'The Bridge' and connects UC SYD with SDU Kolding.

The offering of furniture takes its basis in a one-off purchase of furniture to furnish the new Kolding campus in connection with its entry into service. The tenderer shall be obliged, for 12 months after the delivery of the supply, to be able to carry out any additional purchases by the Contracting Registrar, to the extent that the need for furniture proves greater than originally assumed by the Contracting Registrar. In aggregate, additional purchases may constitute a total value of 20 per cent of the main delivery value. Supplemental purchases shall be made in accordance with the products and prices offered in Annex C - Offer list.

Contracting entities will identify the most economically advantageous offer on the basis of the award criterion 'Best price and quality', where the below sub-criteria indicating weighting are given the basis for the award of the Contract. See description of the point scale used in point 5.3.1 of the tender conditions and further description of the subcriteria set out in points 5.3.2 to 5.3.4 of the tender conditions.
