The purpose of this contract is to entrust the project management of the first stage of the project (lot 1) of the Eco district “Domaine Foch” in Bizanos. The eco-district will eventually consist of a new road that will serve 9 lots for housing destinations including 4 macro-lots and 5 building lots.

The project management of lot 1, subject of this contract, concerns the construction of 54 collective dwellings in R+3 maximum for a planned floor area of 3,800 m² on a plot of 6,700m², for a forecast amount of works estimated at €5,600,000 excl. VAT
