A dock is to be built on a section to the west of the marina, which can be used to pull ships out of the water using a travel lift. The construction of the travel lift dock is part of this specification.

A travel lift dock is to be built as part of the construction project.

The following main services are to be performed:

- pile driving for the manufacture of the travel lift dock, the slipway and the stairs,

- installation of the back anchor,

- excavation pit,

- dredging,

- steelwork for the spar, stairs and footbridge,

- reinforced concrete work for the drag plate,

- Equipment of the travel lift dock.

The earthworks include the manufacture of the level for the tow bar and the excavation of the dock. The dock is lifted above and under water.

Under wet dredging, this measure only describes the final profiling of the dock sole.
