Lot 1 of this contract concerns fixed telephony, namely:

• The provision of PSTN, BRI, PRI, DID, ISDNoIP or equivalent links;

• The monthly subscription for these accesses;

• Traffic, regardless of the type of connectivity (per-minute rate or traffic to non-geographic number);

• The provision of services in the form of authorized options.

Lot 2 of this contract concerns SIPTRUNK and Mobile Telephony:

• On the one hand, Item 1 relating to SIPTRUNK with:

o The provision of SIPTRUNK links (centralized and redundant, basic, E-SBC equipment, DID numbers and non-geographical numbers)

o The tariff plan (unlimited national packages, per-minute packages, unlimited European packages, traffic to non-geographical numbers)

o The provision of consultants

o The provision of services in the form of authorized options.

• On the other hand, Item 2 relating to Mobile Telephony with:

o Pricing plans (unlimited or per minute)

o GSM services (SMS mass sending gateway, FMU service, internal coverage)

o GSM equipment and modems (router)

o The provision of services in the form of authorized options.
