The object of the order is the delivery to the ZGO Pukinin Plant ZGO Pukinin machinery for handling or loading, waste. The device cannot be a prototype, it is intended to come from serial production and meet Poland's standards and regulations. Factory new machine, complete, made to a high standard free of design, material, executive and legal defects. The subject of delivery cannot be a machine that has undergone any unauthorized modifications, i.e. modifications not accepted by the manufacturer after leaving the production plant. The machine is required to be mobile and apply to waste handling. The machine must be fully operational without hidden faults. The subject of the contract is also covered by: machine commissioning, training for the necessary number of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of operation, operation and maintenance, technical reception at the Ordering Party. Any costs of performance of the contract, in particular costs incurred in connection with the manufacture or purchase, transport of the object of the contract, its transfer to the Contracting Authority, commissioning, training of the Ordering Party personnel and the costs of trials and checks carried out prior to receipt and in during receipt at the place of delivery will be incurred in full by the Contractor within the sales price. The Contractor undertakes to execute the order within the time limit offered in the tender form. The maximum period of execution of the order shall be 60 days from the date of signing the contract on the contract.
