The assistance that the Commission is seeking should enable it to devise a coherent and consistent communication strategy and to carry out integrated information and communication activities. As a result, the European Commission should be able to better respond to the needs of EU citizens and its policies should achieve a better visibility.
The services required will essentially, but not exclusively, concern the following:

2. audiovisual;
3. printed/online information and promotional material;
4. events;
5. campaigns;
6. media management;
7. Web.
