The end of the sixties and listed city hall should be fundamentally modernized and repaired, especially in terms of fire safety and energy and with special regard to the preservation of monuments. In addition, spatial reorganization by shifting the walls are planned as well as an external escape staircase and the optimization of the escape and rescue routes. Furthermore, a renovation of the façade is planned, including the roof, windows, walls and ceilings.

Assembly and disassembly:

- 2 passenger lifts for 8 levels each,

- 1 freight elevator for 8 levels each,

- 1 small lift for the disabled,

- 1 pc. Motor control for existing chandeliers.
