The BundesInnungskrankenkasse Gesundheit, BIG direkt gesund for short, is a federal statutory health insurance company with its legal headquarters in Berlin and headquarters in Dortmund. It is the first direct health insurance in Germany with around 513,000 insured persons (as of December 2021). For the headquarters of BIG direkt gesund in Dortmund with currently about 920 employees, the client advertises security and reception services from 01.01.2023.

Against the background of the end of the term of the current service contract, BIG direkt gesund issuing the "Reception and Guard Service" service.

The reception at the head office is to be staffed by a person of the contractor from Monday to Friday in the period from 07:00 – 19:00 o'clock, in the period Monday-Friday from 13:00 – 15:00 o'clock there must be two persons in the reception service. The guard service is carried out by one person and must be present in the BIG building in Dortmund during the times not occupied by the reception from Monday to Sunday and to fulfill its tasks.

The reception and guard services are closely linked in time, as long as the reception staff is there, no guard services take place, as soon as the service period of the reception staff ends, the reception staff hands over to the guard service. The guard service continues until the service time for the reception staff begins again. The appendix "Service description" contains detailed information on the scope of tasks and the qualification of the personnel for the guard service and reception. Detailed information on the requirements for property management, foreman and quality assurance has also been formulated by the client.

The award is made for a period of 2 years, with the option of a one-time extension by the client by 1 year. The start of the service is 1 January 2023.
